Principal’s Scholars

The Principal’s Scholars is an incentive program that rewards academic and social excellence. To achieve this exceptional status, students must meet strict criteria. Their report cards must reflect all A’s and B’s, perfect attendance, and no checks. Additionally, students’ records must have no discipline reports or suspensions. All Principal’s Scholars are rewarded handsomely with a field trip which includes breakfast, lunch, and many fun activities. They also receive prizes, certificates, and ribbons. Further recognition includes posting their names on the achievement board in the main hallway of the school.

Safety Patrol

Extreme care must be used in crossing streets. Cross only at intersections. The safety patrol performs a valuable service to our school by regulating student traffic at crossings. Your full cooperation with the safety patrol is required. Students are selected to be a part of the safety patrol based on their record of good citizenship and scholarship. This program fosters leadership and teaches responsibility to our young people.
